Home Staging - Full Service or Consultation OnlyHomes that are staged sell faster and for more money than homes that have not been staged. In a buyer's market, it is imperative that sellers make their homes as attractive to as many potential buyers as possible if they hope to avoid the costly price reductions associated with spending many months on the market. Many people believe that Staging is expensive, but that simply isn't so. When you consider that the average first price reduction on a home that isn't showing well is around $10,000.00, Staging is an outright bargain!
I offer Full Service Staging and Consultation Only. Both services begin with a thorough walk through of your home, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. As we go from room to room I will discuss ways you can make your home more appealing to potential buyers. Some of these improvements will be very simple and can be accomplished with little or no additional expense. I will also prepare a written report of my recommendations to leave with you at the end of our meeting.
Full Service clients will schedule another visit with me, during which I will fine tune furniture arrangement, hang artwork, place accessories, etc. This service is highly customized based on the needs and desires of each client.
Rates: Consultation Only: $150.00 up to 2000 sq ft
$300.00 2000 - 4000 sq ft
$450.00 4000 - 6000 sq ft
$600.00 6000 - 8000 sq ft
Full Service: Consultation fee + $35.00/hr Interior RedesignIs there a room in your home that just doesn't work for you?
While it might be fun to go out and buy all new furniture and accessories for a space, it doesn't guarantee that you'll love the end result - and it's terribly impractical for most people! Very often, these tired, awkward, "not quite right" spaces just need a little facelift.
Interior Redesign is all about taking the items you already own and presenting them in a way that is fresh and new...and it only takes a few hours!
Clients can work side-by-side with me or they can opt to take the day off and enjoy a "big reveal" when they return to see their newly redesigned room.
In the end, many people find that they still love the pieces that just a few hours earlier had inspired those "get rid of it all and start over" fantasies!
Rates: $75.00/room + $15.00/hr for design assistant (optional) Interior DecoratingWhen a redesign isn't enough to achieve the look and feel that you want in a space, or when you are starting from scratch in a new home, we cross the line into more traditional Interior Decorating services. These may include selection of some or all of the following:
* Paint/Wall Treatments
* Window Treatments
* Flooring
* Furnishings
* Storage Solutions
* Architectural Embellishments
* Lighting
* Decorative Accessories
